Five of the Best Villas in Paros
Paros has more villas than any other island in the Cyclades, and the quality varies enormously. We have stayed in, visited, and vetted dozens of them over the years. What follows are the five we would book without hesitation.
1. Villa Calista, Naoussa
The finest villa on the island. Calista sits above Naoussa on a hillside with unobstructed views across the bay, and the architecture is a masterclass in contemporary Cycladic design — white walls, natural stone, deep shade, and a pool that appears to float above the sea.
The interiors are designed with the kind of restraint that only comes from genuine confidence. Everything is beautiful and nothing is excessive. Sleeps eight. Book twelve months in advance for July and August.
2. Villa Aegean Blue, Logaras
Logaras is one of the quieter corners of Paros, and Villa Aegean Blue makes the most of its position above the bay. The pool is large, the terraces are generous, and the views south across the Aegean are extraordinary in the late afternoon light.
This is a villa for people who want to do very little very well. The kitchen is fully equipped, the outdoor dining area is beautiful, and the beach is a five-minute walk. Sleeps six.
3. Villa Petra, Lefkes
Lefkes is the most beautiful village on the island — a marble-paved hill town in the interior that most visitors never reach. Villa Petra is built into the hillside here, with views across the valley and the kind of silence that is increasingly rare in the Cyclades.
This is not a beach villa. It is a villa for people who want to understand the island rather than just its coastline. The architecture is traditional, the interiors are carefully considered, and the village is one of the great pleasures of Paros. Sleeps four.
4. Villa Thea, Parikia
The best-positioned villa near the main town. Villa Thea sits on a headland above Parikia with views of the old town, the harbour, and the sea beyond. The pool is heated, the terrace is large, and the proximity to the town means you can walk to dinner without a car.
A practical choice as well as a beautiful one. Sleeps ten.
5. Villa Selene, Santa Maria
Santa Maria is the most energetic part of the island — beach clubs, watersports, a young international crowd — and Villa Selene is the best base for experiencing it. The villa is modern, the pool is excellent, and the beach is a two-minute walk.
This is a villa for people who want to be in the middle of things. The design is contemporary, the outdoor spaces are generous, and the location is unbeatable for the north coast. Sleeps eight.
All five villas are available to enquire about through our Concierge service. We can arrange access, staffing, and full itinerary planning.
